Maintenance

Due to food preparation, it is important to properly maintain the Onyx cooking ring. After grilling, scrape off food residues with a spatula. Then apply a little olive oil or pan-coating spray and rub the cooking surface with a cloth to protect it from external influences. This helps prevent rust and preserves a protective layer so you can enjoy your barbecue again during your next grilling session.
