The RedFire Salamanca clay chiminea stands out thanks to its wide fire opening and traditional Mexican design. The spacious opening makes it easy to add larger logs and create a powerful fire in your garden or patio.
The porous clay material provides excellent heat conduction. Once the fire is burning, the clay absorbs the heat and radiates it evenly in all directions. This allows you to enjoy long lasting warmth while using relatively little firewood. Compared to many metal fireplaces, a clay chiminea is therefore also more efficient in use.
The Salamanca stands firmly on a sturdy metal base, ensuring safe use. The base can also easily be removed, making the chiminea simple to move. The fireplace is supplied with a matching lid to conveniently cover the fire.
For a longer lifespan it is recommended to keep the chiminea as dry as possible if it remains outdoors. When clay becomes wet and freezes, it may affect the material.
